    • Haddin: "We have been building for this game for two weeks, after a nervous start it's all come together today and it was brilliant. We decided to change it up by starting with spin and it worked today, but credit needs to go to the whole group as they have all been outstanding this tournament. The tournament has been outstanding and this is very special for us, we have showed the world over the last couple of weeks that we are a pretty good cricket team. One thing we did really well was play really good cricket as a team."
    • Petersen: "I thought we started poorly today, but nevertheless no one would have given us a chance to make the final before the tournament, we were completely outclassed today. I can't really explain what happened to be honest, they just played much better cricket than us. This tournament has been a great experience for us, the crowds have been fantastic and we have played some great cricket. There are some young guys that really stepped up to the plate and I am so happy with the way we have performed as a unit."
